2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact details — name, phone number, and email address when you use our contact form, email us, or message us on WhatsApp.
• Order details — product names, sizes, quantities, prices, and messages you send when checking out via WhatsApp.
• Project information — room area, preferred tile dimensions, or other details you share so we can recommend products.
• Technical data — basic browser and device information that may be recorded by standard website hosting or analytics tools.
• Cart data on your device — items you add to your cart are stored locally in your browser (local storage) so they remain available when you return to the site. That cart data stays on your device unless you send an order to us.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• respond to enquiries and tile recommendations;
• confirm availability, pricing, payment instructions, and delivery or collection arrangements;
• process and fulfil WhatsApp orders;
• improve our website, catalogue, and showroom experience;

4. How orders and messaging work

Ceramika.ng is a brochure and ordering assistant site. Checkout opens WhatsApp with your selected products so our showroom team can confirm the order with you. Messages you send through WhatsApp are processed under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy, in addition to this policy for how Ceramika uses the content of your order.

When you submit the website contact form, your details are saved securely and emailed to our team at hello@ceramika.ng.

5. Sharing your information

We may share information only as needed with:

• Impacto Grupo companies involved in stock, logistics, or customer service;
• delivery partners, where you request delivery;
• service providers who host our website or support communications, under appropriate confidentiality;
• authorities, if required by Nigerian law.

Our site may use essential cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality. Your shopping cart is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings; doing so will empty your cart on this device.

7. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as reasonably needed to complete your request, provide after-sales support, meet accounting requirements, or resolve disputes. Cart data on your device remains until you clear it or your browser removes it.
