These Terms of Use govern your access to ceramika.ng and related communications with Ceramika, a Nigerian tile retailer and part of Impacto Grupo. By using this website or placing an enquiry or order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. About Ceramika
Ceramika offers Spanish-quality porcelain and ceramic tiles for residential and commercial projects in Nigeria. We operate showrooms, publish a product catalogue online, and complete many orders through WhatsApp with our showroom team. Ceramika is part of Impacto Grupo, an importer and distributor of building materials.
2. Using the website
You may browse our catalogue, use the tile box calculator, save items to a cart on your device, and contact us for advice or purchase. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt, scrape excessively, or misuse our content or systems.
Website content — including images, descriptions, sizes, and prices — is provided for information and may change without notice. Product photographs are illustrative; shade, finish, and batch variation are normal in ceramic and porcelain tiles.
3. Product information and samples
Dimensions (for example 30×30, 30×60, 60×60, 60×120), coverage per box, finishes, and stock status are stated in good faith. Always confirm size, coverage, shade, and stock with our team before final purchase, especially for large projects. We recommend viewing tiles in person at a showroom where possible.
The box calculator estimates how many boxes you may need from the room area and selected dimension. It is a guide only. Site conditions, cutting, layout, and installation waste can change actual quantities required. You are responsible for verifying quantities with your installer or our specialists.
4. Pricing
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are typically quoted per box unless otherwise stated. Prices may be updated at any time. An online price or cart total does not create a binding contract until our team confirms availability, final price, and payment terms with you.
5. Orders via WhatsApp and showrooms
Adding products to your cart and selecting “Checkout on WhatsApp” opens a message to Ceramika with your selected items. That message is a request to order, not an automatic confirmation of sale.
A sale is formed only when we confirm the order with you — including products, quantities, price, payment method, and collection or delivery — and you accept those terms. Payment instructions will be provided by our team. Do not rely on third-party payment requests that do not come from our verified WhatsApp number or showroom staff.
Orders may also be placed in person at our showrooms during working hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–6:00pm, unless otherwise stated).
6. Payment, collection, and delivery
Payment terms, collection windows, and any delivery arrangements will be agreed when your order is confirmed. Title to goods passes on full payment unless we agree otherwise in writing. Risk in the goods passes on collection or on delivery to the address you nominate, as applicable.
Delivery timing depends on stock, location, and logistics partners. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
7. Stock and substitutions
Stock levels change. If an item is unavailable, we will tell you promptly and may offer an alternative of similar quality and price, a revised quantity, or cancellation of that line item with no obligation on you to accept a substitute.
8. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, product names, imagery, and site design belonging to Ceramika or Impacto Grupo remain our property (or that of our licensors). You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference related to a purchase enquiry.
9. Third-party services
WhatsApp, email providers, Instagram, and similar services are operated by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for those platforms’ availability or policies.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Ceramika and Impacto Grupo are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from delayed or incomplete information online. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.
Installation is performed by you or your contractors. We are not responsible for installation workmanship, substrate preparation, or adhesive and grout choices unless we have expressly agreed in a separate written contract to supply those services.

12. Changes
We may revise these Terms of Use by updating this page. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
